Samruk-Energy provides to KASE extract from shareholders registries system as of October 1, 2014

/KASE, October 17, 14/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an extract from its shareholders registries system as of October 1, 2014. According to the said extract: - total number of authorized shares of the company (common shares KZ1C55410019 only) makes up 5,602,187 pieces; - 5,485,437 shares are outstanding; - the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the sole person owning the company's shares in the number of five and more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC (Astana).
