KazTransGas Aimak imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, October 14, 14/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote ...on receipt of Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2014 on imposing on the Company of an administrative sanction under the case of administrative violation. According to protocol No. 140000803000630 dated September 2, 2014 the Company committed an administrative violation according to article 199 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code. The administrative sanction is a fine to the amount of 400 (four hundred) monthly calculation indices, which makes up KZT740,800 (seven hundred forty thousand eight hundred).
