Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan plans to offer MEKKAM-6 and MEKKAM-12 on April 17 and 18

/IRBIS, Apr.14, 00/ - The Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan has planned two issues of SS for the first half of current week: MEKKAM-6 and MEKKAM-12. MEKKAM-6 offering auction will be held on April 14. Payment date - April 20. Maturity date - Oct.19, 00. Circulation term - 182 days. Planned issue volume - KZT500 mln. MEKKAM-12 offering auction (issue #42) will be held on April 18. Payment date - April 20. Maturity date - Apr.19, 01. Circulation term - 364 days. Planned issue volume - KZT500 mln. Repayment volume for the securities of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan for this week (April 17 - 23) is estimated to equal KZT512.3 mln at KZT142.40 per dollar official rate at that only MEKAVM-6 of 18 issue (KZ46L2004A06) will be redeemed, as MEOKAM #7 (KZ52L2004A07) were completely converted in AVMEKAM. Also for the indicated week the payment of coupon compensation on euronotes of the third issue (XS0102764031) to the sum of 1,370.1 millions of US dollars turns out. Total repayment amount for SS in this week (including notes of the National Bank) - KZT1,370.1 mln. The Ministry of finance does not exclude the possibility of holding other offerings in the second half of the week, which will be announced additionally.
