/KASE, October 1, 14/ – FRONTIER MINING LTD. (Cayman Islands) whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following information statement:

Frontier Mining (AIM:FML), the AIM listed Copper production, exploration and
development company focused on Kazakhstan, announces that it has today issued
15,843,295 new ordinary shares of a nominal value of US$0.01 each in Frontier
("Ordinary Shares") as incentive payments to senior management in Frontier.
Application has been made for the 15,843,295 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 26 September
2014. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares in issue. Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares as outlined
above, there will be 1,876,757,268 Ordinary Shares in issue. This number may be
used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
