Meeting of committee of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding creditors scheduled for October 1, 2014 postponed to October 3, 2014

/KASE, September 29, 14/ – KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "for operational reasons the first meeting of the creditors committee scheduled for October 1, 2014 will be postponed by the Temporary administrator of the Company (appointed by the court verdict of July 28, 2014) to October 3, 2014 at 10:00 o'clock at the following address: 7 Ualikhanov str., King Hotel, 2 floor, conference hall, Astana". The meeting agenda: - taking a decision on creating a committee of the Company's creditors; - defining the number and approval of the composition of the committee of the Company's creditors; - agreeing of transactions outside custom commercial transactions, not provided for in the rehabilitation plan; - selection of a candidate of the rehabilitation manager out of persons, registered in the authorized body; - agreeing of the rehabilitation plan; - determining the amount of main part of remuneration to the temporary administrator and rehabilitation manager; - taking a decision on retaining or cancelation of the right of disposal of assets and issues of the debtor from the moment of approval of the rehabilitation plan for the owner of the debtor's assets (authorized body), founders (participants).
