On October 1, 2014 meeting of committee of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding creditors to be held

/KASE, September 26, 14/ – KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 1, 2014 at 15:00 o'clock a meeting of creditors of the Company is to begin with the following agenda: - taking a decision on creating a committee of the Company's creditors; - defining the number and approval of the composition of the committee of the Company's creditors; - agreeing of transactions outside custom commercial transactions, not provided for in the rehabilitation plan; - selection of a candidate of the rehabilitation manager out of persons, registered in the authorized body; - agreeing of the rehabilitation plan; - determining the amount of main part of remuneration to the temporary administrator and rehabilitation manager; - taking a decision on retaining or cancelation of the right of disposal of assets and issues of the debtor from the moment of approval of the rehabilitation plan for the owner of the debtor's assets (authorized body), founders (participants).
