/KASE, September 26, 14/ – Accumulative Pension Fund "Kapital" – subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that based on a decision of its Board of Directors of September 15, 2014 and transaction with shareholders in the system of registries of holders of securities on September 23, 2014 changes were registered regarding the structure of its shareholders holding ten or more percent of shares of the company.
