Caspi neft announces payment of second tranche of dividends on ordinary shares KZ1C28830012 (KZ1C00000694, KSNF) due for second half-year of 2013

/KASE, September 16, 14/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Following a decision of Precious Oil Products Investments B.V., the sole shareholder of the Company, of May 31, 2014 payment of dividends to the sole shareholder of the Company based on results of the second half-year of 2013 to the amount of KZT10,610,984,440.40 (ten billion six hundred million nine hundred eighty four thousand four hundred forty tenge 40 tyiyn) was approved; the dividends are paid in US dollars at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan as of the day of payout. Thus, in accordance with the decision of the Company's sole shareholder of December 9, 2013 based on results of the first half-year of 2013 KZT9,142,043,337.37 (equivalent of USD 59,267,703.62 as of the decision date) are supposed for payment of dividends. Dividend due for the second half of 2013 per common share makes up KZT1,061,098.44. In June this year the Company paid the first tranche of dividend payout to the amount of KZT3,536,994,812.71 (equivalent of USD19,274,125.73 as of the payment day).
