/KASE, September 3, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of decisions of the bank's sole shareholder of termination of powers of V. Gasiyak as CEO and member of the bank's Board of Directors as of August 29, 2014 and appointment as of August 30, 2014 of Ondrzhei Kubik the bank's CEO for a term of three years and member of the bank's Board of Directors for the term of office of the bank's Board of Directors.
