National Bank approves report on results of offering of Ai Karaauyl shares from March 20 to April 10, 2014

/KASE, August 22, 14/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of August 22, 2014 on approval of the report on results of the offering of the company's shares. According to the letter provided: - the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has approved the report on results of the offering of the company's shares from March 20 to April 10, 2014; - as of April 10, 2014 150,000 ordinary shares of the company were outstanding; its share capital equals to KZT331,375,500.00.
