Positive balance of the national budget of Kazakhstan equaled 10.4% in January, 2000

/IRBIS, March 24, 00/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the Ministry of finance, that as of February 1, 2000 positive balance of the national budget of Kazakhstan equaled KZT16.1 bln, or 10.4% to GDP. Following is some figures on national budget performance in bln KZT: Revenues 37,888 Income 37,420 Tax collections 30,866 Non-tax inflows 2,472 Expenses and financing 21,806 Expenses 21,521 Financing 0,285 Positive balance of the budget 16,082 The Ministry of finance informs, that in January tax collections decreased 1.4% compared with last month's figure, non-tax inflows fell 0.3%, and the proportion of income from operations with the capital rose 1.9%. It is said positive balance of the national budget reached KZT11.1 bln.
