KASE revised commissions of the auctions for initial offering of securities

/IRBIS, March 17, 00/ - By the decision of the Board of Kazakhstan stock
exchange (KASE) #21/0, dated March 16, 2000, a system of commission
collections from securities initial offering auctions of the Exchange has been
revised.
Now, a commission is to be collected by the Exchange from the emitter for
holding an auction for initial offering of any securities (previously
commission was collected only for holding initial offerings of SS) at 0.025%
of paid securities that were sold at the auction. Commission is charged for
shares on the price of the deal, for bonds on par value.
It is also said commission should be an equivalent of at least five hundred
and no more than five thousand U.S. dollars payable in Kazakhstani
tenges.
