whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 24, 2014, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y10E533
(KZ2C00002426, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, CAEPb1;
KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; November 6, 2013 – November 6, 2023, semi-annual coupon
6.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC for period
from November 6, 2013 to May 6, 2014.
According to the letter provided, as of May 6, 2014, 88,950,000 bonds remained
unplaced.
