Caspi neft drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, July 31, 14/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote On July 25, 2014 Caspi neft (hereinafter – the Company) received resolution of GI "Atyrau regional department for state labor inspection" signed by the state labor inspector for Atyrau region. Resolution /No./1/4/2/3/0/0/3/0/3/0/0/0/0/3/1/0 dated July 25, 2014. Accordion to the said resolution the Company violated provisions of items 7 and 11 of section 2 of Resolution No. 1225 of the government of Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2011, for which reason the Company was drawn to administrative responsibility in accordance with item 1 article 89 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code in form of imposing a penalty to the amount of 50 MCI – KZT92,600 (ninety two thousand six hundred). unquote [2014-07-31]
