/IRBIS, March 17, 00/ - At Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) additional (day) trades in U.S. dollars, Deutsche marks and euros with TOD terms were held. 5 banks participated in the trades. In U.S. dollars 5 deals were made during the trade for a total of $1.300 mln within KZT141.57 - 141.64 per dollar interval. At closing of the session (3:30PM) dollar was quoted at KZT141.52/57 per unit. At 3:30PM in trades in dollars on TOM terms one deal was made at KZT141.58 per dollar for $100 th. Demand for USD TOM equaled KZT141.58 per unit, no offer. On SPOT terms no deals were made. For this type of terms dollar was at KZT141.60/75 per unit. At 3:30PM on interbank currency market indicative dollar quotations were at KZT141.53/63 per dollar in REUTERS information system.
