JSC Business Bank (Kazakhstan) is restored as the KASE member at "K"category

/IRBIS, March 16, 00/ - Resolution #21/0 of Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) from March 16, 2000 has restored the membership of JSC BUSINESS BANK under the "К" category (right to participate in KASE's State Securities trades). The decision has been accepted on the basis of BUSINESS BANK application and due to granting to the Bank of the license for broker and dealer activity on a capital market with the right of book keeping as the nominal holder (decree #491 of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) from November 18, 1999). Earlier membership of BUSINESS BANK ("K" category) was suspended in connection with the withdrawing of its license #20030065 for broker and dealer activity on a capital market without the right of book keeping given February 09, 1996 (NSC decree #371 from July 15, 1999).
