Alatau Zharyk Company announces dividend payout on ordinary shares for 2012-2013

/KASE, July 21, 14/ – Alatau Zharyk Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Alatau Zharyk Company (hereinafter – AZK) hereby notifies you that based on decision of the Management Board of Samruk-Energy, minutes No. 6 of meeting on June 12, 2013, AZK paid out dividends for 2012 to the amount of KZT60,000,000 (sixty million). Dividend per ordinary share makes up KZT3.60, dividends were paid out on July 15, 2014 by transferring funds to the bank account of the sole shareholder – Samruk-Energy. The remaining part of dividends to the amount of KZT123,900,720 (hundred twenty three million nine hundred thousand seven hundred twenty) will be paid out in the second half of 2014. Also, based on decision of Management Board of Samruk-Energy the minutes No. 5 of the meeting on April 2, 2014 AZK will pay out dividends due for 2013 to the amount of KZT504,504,256 (five hundred four million five hundred four thousand two hundred fifty six). Dividend per ordinary share makes up KZT6.76; dividends were paid out on July 15, 2014 by transferring funds to the bank account of the sole shareholder – Samruk-Energy.
