/KASE, July 11, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated July 10, 2014, the following bonds of Subsidiary organization JSC Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list: - KZP01Y05E715 (KZ2C00002715; KZT100, KZT20.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % p.a.; 30/360); - KZP02M42E719 (KZ2C00002723; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 3.5 years; semi-annual coupon 6.00 % p.a.; 30/360). The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the first and second ones under the first bond program of Subsidiary organization JSC Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) issued to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn and accordingly the second and third issues of the said issuer's internal bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Subsidiary organization JSC Bank VTB (Kazakhstan). BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) BVTBb2 and BVTBb3 accordingly.
