Alatau Zharyk Company provides to KASE extract from shareholders registers system as on July 1, 2014

/KASE, July 9, 14/ – JSC "Alatau Zharyk Company" (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2014. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the company is equal to 147,364,847 units, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 – 1,250 units; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 22,441,635 ordinary shares; - the sole shareholder of the company, and accordingly the sole person holding company shares in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of outstanding shares is JSC "Samruk-Energy" (Astana) holding 119,875,123 shares of the company (84.23 % of the total number of outstanding shares of the company), including 119,873,873 ordinary shares of the company (84.23 % of the total number of outstanding ordinary shares of the company) and 1,250 preferred shares of the company (100 % of the total number of outstanding preferred shares of the company).
