listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following

Joint-stock company Batys tranzit being a successful project in the field of
state-private partnership, comprehensively welcomes the initiative of Head of
state Nursultan Nazarbaev on improvement of the country's investment climate
and development of state-private partnership in Kazakhstan.
Since its inception Batys tranzit takes part in industrialization of Kazakhstan
by way of implementing infrastructure projects:
2006-2008 Batys tranzit carried out construction of the inter-regional power
line 500 kV "Northern Kazakhstan – Aktobe region" (concession project).
Construction of the power line allowed a cost reduction on average of 15 %
across the region and saving more than KZT6 bn by consumers over 5 years.
