As of June 30, 2014 the equity of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC makes up 188,182,958
ordinary shares each worth £0.01 ("Ordinary shares") with the voting right.
Ordinary shares are no included in the company portfolio. Thus, the total number
of voting rights at Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC makes up 188,182,958. This quantity
can be used by the shareholders as a denominator for calculations, using which
they will know whether there is a need to notify of their rights to, or changes
in their rights to Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC in accordance with principles of
openness and transparency of the Department for financial regulation and
surveillance.
