/IRBIS, March 1, 00/ - At Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) additional (day) trades in U.S. dollars, Deutsche marks and euros with TOD terms were held. 5 banks participated in the trades. 2 deals were made during the trade for a total of $300 th. within KZT140.70 - 140.72 per dollar price interval. At closing of the session (3:30PM) dollar was at KZT140.72/77 per unit. At 3:30PM in trades in dollars with TOM and with SPOT terms deals were not made. With TOM terms dollar quotations were at KZT140.70/141.00 per dollar, with SPOT terms dollar was not quoted. At 3:30PM on interbank currency market indicative dollar quotations were at KZT140.70/76 per dollar in REUTERS information system. Indicators show that after an active morning session of KASE the market got relatively calm caused by uncertainty regarding further movements.
