KASE extends for Kazakhstan Kagazy deadline for provision to Exchange of periodical financial statements for 2013 and 2014 Q1

/KASE, June 26, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board the deadline for provision of the following financial statements of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC without applying penalties was extended until October 1, 2014: - 2013 annual consolidated financial statements; - auditor's report on 2013 annual consolidated financial statements; - 2014 Q1 consolidated financial statements. This decision was taken in accordance with item 5 article 30 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" base on letter No. 116 of Kazakhstan Kagazy dated May 26, 2014, describing the reasons for delay in provision of financial statements.
