/KASE, June 26, 14/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana, hereinafter –
the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 6, 2014 of approval of the report
on results of placement of shares of the company from September 15, 2013 to
March 14, 2014.
According to the provided letter the mentioned shares, as of March 14, 2014
525,647,776 ordinary shares of the company remained unplaced; its share capital
was formed to the amount of KZT546,485,470,364.00.
