Additional session of KASE closed at 140.28/33 tenge per dollar

/IRBIS, Feb.28, 00/ - At Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) additional (day) trades in U.S. dollars, Deutsche marks and euros with TOD terms were held. 4 banks participated in the trades. A single deal was made during the trade at 140.31 tenge per dollar for an amount of $300 th. At closing of the session (3:30PM) dollar was at 140.28/33 tenge per unit. At 3:30PM in trades in dollars with TOM and with SPOT terms deals were not made yet. With TOM terms dollar was asked for 140.25 tenge per unit, and with SPOT terms - at 140.30. No demand existed. At 3:30PM on interbank currency market dollar quotations were at 140.25/30 tenge per dollar in REUTERS information system.
