/KASE, June 18, 14/ – SAT & Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that the general meetings of bondholders scheduled for June 17,
2014 hailed to take place due to no quorums.
