Additional session of KASE closed at 140.16/20 tenge per dollar

/IRBIS, Feb.25, 00/ - At Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) additional (day) trades in U.S. dollars, Deutsche marks and euros with TOD terms were held. 6 banks participated in the trades. 4 deals were made during the trade within 140.17 - 140.20 tenge per dollar for a total of $750 th. At closing of the session (3:30PM) dollar was at 140.16/20 tenge per unit. At 3:30PM in trades in dollars with TOM and with SPOT terms deals were not made yet. With TOM terms quotations were at 140.16/23 tenge per unit, and for SPOT terms dollar was quoted at 140.13/23. At 3:30PM on interbank currency market dollar quotations were at 140.16/22 tenge per dollar in REUTERS information system.
