Bonds KZP04Y03D211 (KZ2C00002640, CCBNb24) and KZP05Y05D213 (KZ2C00002657 CCBNb25) of Bank CenterCredit admitted to KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, June 9, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated June 6, 2014, the following bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list: - KZP04Y03D211 (KZ2C00002640; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a.; 30/360); - and KZP05Y05D213 (KZ2C00002657; KZT100, KZT15.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % p.a.; 30/360). The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the fourth and fifth ones under the second bond program of Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance Bank JSC registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on September 18, 2008 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn and accordingly the 24th and 25th issues of the said issuer's internal bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) CCBNb24 and CCBNb25 accordingly.
