/IRBIS, Feb.22, 00/ - PRIME-TASS informs that by the results of the United Trade Session (UTS) at Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) the weighted average rate of a rouble is down 13.07 kopecks, at 28.8714 roubles per US dollar. The trade volume of 2,893 deals reached $185.018 mln. Within the UTS the trades are held from 10:30AM to 11:30AM Moscow time on TOD terms.
