Fair price of oil on world market should be between $16-20 per barrel - M.Khodorkovskii

/IRBIS, Feb.21, 00/ - The chairman of NC "UKOS" Mikhail Khodorkovskii said fair oil price on world market had to be within $16-20 per barrel, informs PRIME-TASS. Khodorkovskii believes the prices above $20 per barrel create "wrong market signals". It is said production of engine fuels from was not beneficial if the price is under $20 per barrel. He says a system of stable oil prices should be created and it is important that an agreement should be reached between OPEC member countries and European consumer association soon.
