National company KazMunayGaz says meeting of Management Board of company's sole shareholder postponed for indefinite term

/KASE, May 30, 14/ – National company KazMunayGaz JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "due to moving for an indefinite term of the date of meeting of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna (sole shareholder of KazMunayGaz), no decisions on approval of annual financial statements and distribution of the resulting income (net profit) of NC KazMunayGaz for 2013, on payment of dividends on ordinary shares and approval of the dividend amount per ordinary share have not been made".
