KASE, May 29, 14/ – Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti JSC (Almaty, hereinafter– the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on May 27, 2014 Management Board of Samruk-Energy (sole shareholder of AlEs) took a decision on termination of powers of Murat Abdygulov – member of Management Board of AlEs, managing director for procurement due to his resignation".
