/KASE, May 29, 14/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board
decision from June 2, 2014 in KASE secondary market sector will open trades
in international bonds USN64884AA29, US66978CAA09 (KASE official list Rated
Debt Securities category, ZHMNe3; $400.0 mln; February 14, 14 – February 14,
19, semi-annual coupon 6.375 % APR, 30/360) of Zhaikmunai (Uralsk).
The mentioned bonds are quoted in KASE trading system accurate within
the fourth decimal of the bond "net" price, expressed in percentage from
the debt face value.
Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty) is the market
maker on mentioned bonds.
The bonds have been admitted to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities
category from April 10, 2014.
