Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today provided KASE with an information

Further to the announcement earlier today, in relation to the intention of
Nostrum Oil & Gas plc (the "Company") to seek admission to listing on the
premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange’s main market ("Admission") of its ordinary shares, the Company
confirms that the UK Listing Authority has approved its prospectus dated 20 May
2014 (the "Prospectus").
