/IRBIS, Feb.11, 00/ - An high-rank officer from the Government of Kazakhstan has told to REUTERS that as the deputy finance minister Erbol Dosaev is appointed. He worked as the deputy power, industry and trade minister. Daniar Abugalzin, until recently - deputy finance minister and head of privatization, has got a job at the national electric systems management company KEGOC. As he said, as the new chief of the privatization committee has been appointed Maksutbek Rakhanov, which already worked before as the chairman of State Property committee.
