As announced by JSC Alliance Bank (the "Bank") on 12 December 2013, JSC
Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" ("Samruk-Kazyna") agreed to sell 16% of
common and preference shares in the Bank to Mr Bulat Utemuratov and, therefore,
in accordance with the terms of its deed poll dated 18 March 2010, Samruk-Kazyna
issued a tag along notice earlier today (the "Tag Along Notice").
Pursuant to the Tag Along Notice, holders of common shares and/or preference
shares in the Bank (including holders of global depositary receipts representing
such shares) who acquired such shares pursuant to the restructuring completed
in 2010 and their respective transferees and assignees and their respective
successors in title are entitled to exercise certain tag along rights, subject
to the terms of the Tag Along Notice.
The Tag Along Notice requires immediate attention of the relevant holders and
may be obtained on the website of the Bank:

Along Notice will also be distributed to the relevant holders through other
means, including publication on the websites of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and distribution through the relevant clearing
systems (in the case of holders of such global depositary receipts).
