Additional placement of notes-42 at 98.50 (13.20% APR)

/IRBIS, Jan.27, 00/ - Today the National Bank of Kazakhstan holds an auction for placing the notes with 42 days of circulation (#366/n) within planned volume of KZT150 mln. After processing submitted applications cut-off price was settled at 98.50 tenge (13.20% APR). Primary dealers and their clients were suggested to submit additional applications at 98.50 tenge, which corresponds to 13.20% APR. Last time non-indexed notes with 42 days of circulation were offered on November 4, 1999.
