/KASE, April 23, 14/ – Kazakhstan Kagazy (Almaty region, hereinafter – the company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2014. According to the extract: - the total number of the company authorized common shares KZ1C45260011 is equal to 6,560,751 units, preferred shares KZ1P45260117 – 2,186,917 units; - 6,558,659 common shares are outstanding; preferred shares have not been offered; - the only shareholder and, and accordingly the sole person, holding five or more percent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company is Kagazy Investments JSC (Almaty).
