Within 1999 the government of Kazakhstan some times has introduced to parliament the proposals to on sequester the budget. "... The minister also has told that Kazakhstan - the only from the CIS state - in 1999 managed to redeem its foreign liabilities. State redeemed the first issue of Eurobonds to the sum of $200 million of the main debt or $257 million taking into account the interests. As the minister has told, a "fall" in the taxes collection in the beginning of 1999 has twice caused the budget sequester, but in the end of the year the monthly receipts have increased three times in comparison with January, 1999. The minister has told that this year the government maintains the planed budget incomes and expenditures. In the last year Kazakhstan has taken in the external markets $300 million by the Eurobonds issue. The minister has promised also, that the project of the new Tax code is targeted to tax pressure reduction, will be introduced in Parliament in March 2000, before the start of budget-2000 developing. Esenbaev also has informed that the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of State Revenues and Economy have moved to the new $32 million building in the center of Astana.
