/KASE, April 14, 14/ – Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an extract from the system of registries of its holders as of April 1, 2014. According to the said extract: - the total number of authorized shares (common shares KZ1C54380015 only) of the company makes up 2,933,250 pieces; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder of the company, and accordingly, the sole person, holding five and more percent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company, is Samruk-Energy (Astana).
