Tsesnabank (Kazakhstan) drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, April 2, 14/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "By resolution of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2014, Tsesnabank was acknowledged guilty in committing an administrative violation provided for in part 3 of article 188 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (authorized banks' and authorized organizations' failure to meet limits set by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan with regard to deviation of the purchase rate from the selling rate of foreign currency for the tenge on transactions carried out through exchange offices) and imposed a sanction in form of an administrative penalty".
