The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan plans to conduct on January 14 placement of MEKKAM-6 #119

/IRBIS, Jan.11, 00/ - As it was informed by an employee of the Ministry of Finance today, the Ministry plans to conduct on January 14 placement of MEKKAM-6 #119 to the sum of 500 mln tenges at the rate of noncompetitive applications of 50%. NIN of issue will be published later. The decision concerning the placement has been made today. Corrected issue and redemption schedule looks as following: From January 10 to 16 on primary market for state securities of Kazakhstan: From the Ministry of Finance - Issuance, January 10 - 500 mln tenges, MEKKAM-6 #118 (KZ46L1307A02) - issue was canceled. - Issuance, January 11 - 500 mln tenges, MEKKAM-3 #259 (KZ43L1304A08). - Issuance, January 14 - 500 mln tenges, MEKKAM-6 #119. From the National Bank - Issuance, January 12 - 300 mln tenges, notes-35 #361. - Issuance, January 13 - 300 mln tenges, notes-49 #352. - Redemption, January 13 - 2 042.8 mln tenges (notes-49, KZ97K1301A07; notes -35, KZ95K1301A09). No repayment of SS of the Ministry of finance and the National bank is planned for this week. It is remarkable that this year the Ministry of finance trice has tried to place МЕККАМ-6, but no one attempt was successful.
