/KASE, March 11, 14/ – On March 12, 2014 from 09:30 to 17:30 o'clock a conference called "Information disclosure standards in Kazakhstan: turning formality into advantage" will be held in Rahat Palace hotel in Almaty. Main purposes of the event are presentation by existing and prospective listing companies of information in compliance with requirements of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) for information disclosure and effective use of the adopted score card of corporate governance, developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) (hereinafter – the Score Card). The event will cover the issue of creation of a Discussion Club – a floor where participants could debate on key issues of the stock market in the format of informal meetings, round tables. Participation of companies eyeing a listing on KASE in the Discussion Club is useful since the listing companies will be able to share their experience in preparation for a listing, practical corporate governance, investor relations and other important issues of the listing procedure. Not only existing and prospective listing companies, but also financial and legal advisers, KASE members and other interested persons are invited to take part in the conference, for which this event is capable of becoming a chance to find prospective investors.
