ANNOUNCEMENT: CONFERENCE "INFORMATION DISCLOSURE STANDARDS IN KAZAKHSTAN: TURNING FORMALITY INTO ADVANTAGE" TO TAKE PLACE ON MARCH 12 IN ALMATY

/KASE, March 11, 14/ – On March 12, 2014 from 09:30 to 17:30 o'clock a conference called "Information disclosure standards in Kazakhstan: turning formality into advantage" will be held in Rahat Palace hotel in Almaty. Main purposes of the event are presentation by existing and prospective listing companies of information in compliance with requirements of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) for information disclosure and effective use of the adopted score card of corporate governance, developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) (hereinafter – the Score Card). The event will cover the issue of creation of a Discussion Club – a floor where participants could debate on key issues of the stock market in the format of informal meetings, round tables. Participation of companies eyeing a listing on KASE in the Discussion Club is useful since the listing companies will be able to share their experience in preparation for a listing, practical corporate governance, investor relations and other important issues of the listing procedure.
