Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Kazakhstan) announces partial payment of eighth coupon on bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1)

/KASE, February 24, 14/ – Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that the company partially paid the eighth coupon interest on its
infrastructure bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, "buffer"
category, DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 2005 – August 2, 2028, annual
coupon indexed at inflation rate, 6.35 % APR in the reporting coupon period,
30/360).
In the said letter Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) states as follows:

Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (hereinafter – DTZ) on February 19, 2014 through
payment agent, ATF Bank, made partial payment of coupon interest to the amount
of 5% of accrued interest due for the 8th coupon period to all holders of its
bonds. By letter No. 2577 of February 20, 2014 ATFBank notified of interest
payment to holders of DTZ bonds on February 19, 2014 to the amount of
KZT61,310,238.25 (sixty one million three hundred ten thousand two hundred
thirty eight tenge 25 tyiyn).

According to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, Doszhan Temir Zholy
(DTZ) was due to pay the eighth coupon interest from August 2 to August 14,
2013.
