KazTransOil will increase oil pumping to 28.1 mln tons in 1999

/IRBIS, Dec.28, 99/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to public relations department of the company, that CJSC KazTransOil intends to increase its oil transportation to 28.1 mln tons from 24.1 mln tons in 1998. "Total volume of oil transportation in Kaztransoil's system reached 22,551 thousand tons in 11 months of 1999. Till the end of the year 28,100 thousand tons of oil is planned to be transported against 24,105 thousand tons in 1998", is said in the press-release. It is also said 11.211 mln tons of 22.551 mln tons were exported. 9.592 mln tons went through Atyrau-Samara pipeline, 1.619 mln tons went to Orsk refinery. 1.866 mln tons of oil was shipped through Aktau sea port, and 3.271 mln tons by railroads. KazTransOil offered oil transportation and water supply services for 15.711 bln tenge in 11 months of this year compared with 12.543 bln tenge last year.
