/KASE, February 11, 14/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated February 7, 2014,
bonds KZP01Y05Е657 (KZ2C00002517; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; February 11, 2014 –
February 11, 2019, semi-annual coupon 9.50 % p.a., 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank
Home Credit and Finance Bank (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities
category of KASE official list.
This Listing Commission decision is effective as of February 11, 2014 since the
issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2 of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE-based trading in these bonds will also be announced
additionally.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the mentioned
bonds.
Subsidiary organization of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty) is the
underwriter of the mentioned bonds.
The mentioned bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) HCBNb2.
