/KASE, February 4, 14/ – JSC "Alatau Zharyk Company" (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2014. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the company is 147,364,847 units, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 – 1,250 units; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder of the company, and accordingly the sole person holding company shares in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of outstanding shares is JSC "Samruk-Energy" (Astana).
