Yield of municipal bonds of Almaty will not be higher than that of Mangistau papers - financial consultant

/IRBIS, Dec.20, 99/ - Yield of municipal bonds of local executive body of Almaty on the auction will not be higher than that of Mangistau region. Such an assumption was made by the representative of OJSC "DB SECURITIES (KAZAKHSTAN)" (Almaty) yesterday - the firm, which is a financial consultant of the issue. In Andrey Karyagin's opinion, yield, which can satisfy both the emitter and the Ministry of finance, is between actual current rates offered by the Ministry of finance today on primary market of SS and 14.71% - weighted average rate of the bonds of Mangistau region, whose issue was placed on KASE on July 28, 99. With that, Mr. Karyagin emphasized that the decision will be made after processing the applications submitted to the auction. Yield of 13% APR is desirable and sound in the view of the financial consultant, who made thorough analysis of the materials submitted by the emitter.
