Quotations did not reach closing levels of the Exchange trades. Spreads varied from 2 to 15 points, not indicating on any explicit trend. Results of the poll of the dealers, held by REUTERS today, show that participants of the country's currency market do not expect firming of the dollar in near future. Dealers point out today their clients began to make budgetary payments by year-end and quarter results, which may boost the demand for tenge. In turn, it will stimulate firming of the tenge against the dollar. Dealers also note that banks do not lack dollars and supply of dollars are great in interbank market. Considering the facts mentioned above, further firming of the tenge against US dollar should be expected in Exchange trades on Sunday.
