According to the extract: - the total number of the company authorized common shares KZ1C45260011 is 6,560,751 units, preferred shares KZ1P45260117 – 2,186,917 units; - 6,558,659 common shares are offered, preferred shares have not been offered; - the only shareholder and, the company sole shareholder, and accordingly the sole person, holding five or more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is Kagazy Investments (Almaty).
